Keto Carbless Cheese Taco Shells

1. Spread shredded cheese in a thin layer on parchment paper (smaller the circle, the smaller the taco).
2. Microwave for 1 - 1:15 seconds (microwaves may vary).
3. Let cool for a few seconds and fold into the shape of a taco as they cool. (You can place them in between two glass bowls to help them hold shape).
4. Add your choice of meat and toppings, then serve.
